Какие данные мы получаем

  • Вход через Google: адрес почты, имя и аватар Google-аккаунта. Для passkey — публичный ключ устройства, без биометрии.
  • Заявка на доступ: имя, фамилия и комментарий, которые ты вводишь сам.
  • Если ты подключаешь Google Classroom (это необязательно): адрес студенческой почты и доступ только на чтение к твоим курсам, заданиям, материалам курсов, объявлениям и статусам твоих сдач и оценкам.

Как используем

  • Чтобы впустить тебя на сайт и показать роль и статус заявки.
  • Данные Classroom — только чтобы показать в StudyBase задания, материалы и объявления курсов, привязанных к предметам группы, и твои личные статусы сдачи. Статусы и оценки видишь только ты.
  • Мы не продаём данные, не показываем рекламу и не передаём данные третьим лицам.

Где хранятся

В базе Supabase (регион ЕС, Ирландия), сайт размещён на Vercel. Токен доступа к Classroom хранится в зашифрованном хранилище Supabase Vault и не передаётся в браузер. Доступ к данным ограничен правилами базы (Row Level Security).

Как удалить

  • Classroom: «Профиль → Отключить» удаляет токен и твои статусы сдачи. Доступ также можно отозвать в настройках Google-аккаунта.
  • Аккаунт и все данные о тебе — напиши на studybase@mamoru.fun, удалим в течение 30 дней.

Data we collect. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. For passkeys we store only the public key. When you request access you provide your first name, last name and a comment. If you choose to connect Google Classroom, we receive your Classroom account email and read-only access to your courses, coursework, course materials, announcements and your own submissions and grades (scopes: classroom.courses.readonly, classroom.coursework.me.readonly, classroom.courseworkmaterials.readonly, classroom.announcements.readonly).

How we use it. Sign-in data is used only to authenticate you and manage access to the group website. Google Classroom data is used only to display coursework, materials and announcements of courses linked to the group's subjects, and to show you your own submission statuses and grades, which are visible only to you. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties.

Google API Services. StudyBase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security. Data is stored in Supabase (EU, Ireland); the website is hosted on Vercel. Classroom refresh tokens are encrypted in Supabase Vault and never sent to the browser. Access is restricted by database Row Level Security.

Deletion. You can disconnect Classroom in your profile, which deletes the token and your submission data, or revoke access in your Google Account settings. To delete your account and all related data, email studybase@mamoru.fun; we delete it within 30 days.
